Diggi Vishramlaya was built by late Raja Shri Kalyan Singh Saheb of Sikar Thikana which  was notified for take over under NAZUL property by the Government of Rajasthan. But the vigilant Working Committee of Shree Rajput Sabha, under the dynamic  leadership of Shri Narendra Singh Rajawat & Shri Giriraj Singh Lotwara, challenged this take-over and filed a petition with ADM, Tonk. Since this property was donated to the Sabha by Hardayal Singh Trust (then headed by Shri Pratap Singhji Neemaj) Shree Rajput Sabha  took over the  possession of this property, of course, against heavy odds and much hassles. Finally, the judgement came in our favour and we won this case to great relief of the community. We completely renovated the dilapidated structure and constructed new additional 2nd floor with all attendant facilities of additional bath-rooms/wash-rooms with all modern facilities for comfortable stay of the guests. The Sabha also purchased a piece of adjoining land which is a precious addition to this property. To cap it all, the Sabha also built a grand Heritage Gate in the traditional style of Rajputana architecture befitting to the stature of our glorious past.  

Diggi Vishramalaya offers good and comfortable accommodation at very reasable service charges. Recently the Guest House has been renovated by the organization and a 5 member committee takes care of the operation and maintenance of the Guest House.
