Activities :

1. A well-known coaching institute named “S.M.S. Institute For Professional Development” is managed and run at the Sabha Bhawan in Jaipur for competitive examinations of Government jobs like Civil Services (IAS, RAS), SSC, C.D.S., Police S.I., School Teachers, Banking as well as private sector jobs. From time to time, it also conducts employment oriented coaching/training (physicals) programmes like army & police constable recruitments etc.

2. Running and managing ‘Shree Rajput Hostel’ at Station Road, Jaipur with facility of boarding & lodging for 150 students every year. Admissions are done on merit basis. (photograph of hostel)

3. Also got allotment of 6000 sq. yds. land from J.D.A. in Jagatpura Institutional Area - Jaipur for construction of new Hostels for Rajput Girls' and boys' separately. This is a very ambitious plan which will go a long way for betterment of the community welfare activities. Work on this project is in progress.
   
   
4. Have built up Two-storeyed Girls’ Hostel (16 rooms with kitchen & bath rooms/wash-rooms) at 19, Rajnagar, Maharani Farm, Jaipur which started functioning from the current academic session 2011-2012.
   
   
5.  Providing financial help to all Rajput Hostels run at District headquarters and Tehsil level falling under the Sabha's jurisdiction.
   
   
6. Also assisting in constructions of new Girls/Boys hostels or any noble cause by suitable financial help even outside the jurisdiction of the Sabha. Financial aids are being given for construction of Girls’ Hostels at Churu, Didwana (Nagore) in recent past.
   
   
7. Providing Scholarships to Rajput girls/boys of SMS Institute on merit-cum-need basis.
   
   
8. Celebrating the JAYANTIS of historical great man like Maharana Pratap, Veer Durga Das Rathore, Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh, Maharaja Sawai Man Singh II and others.
   
   
9. Women empowerment:  To promote women's upliftment Shree Rajput Sabha has been electing woman - members of the Working Committee in the elections from 1994 onwards  and thus eradicated the age-old evil of purdah pratha system. Under the dynamic leadership of Smt. Harsha Chauhan, the then Working Committee Member, a separate JANANI SHAKTI VIBHAG was established way back and this women's wing organises melas and various activities for promotion and sale of hand-made items prepared by the women-folk. Thus, Janani Shakti Wing organizes “Tradefair/Melas” for women’s self employment, economic empowerment and self-reliance every year. Last year a ‘Diwali Mela’ was organized from 29 – 31 October 2010 which was inaugurated by Smt. Bina Kak, Minister for Tourism, Govt. of Rajasthan.   (Photograph of diwali mela)
10. The Sabha provides financial help to the needy / helpless widows, handicapped and chronic patients for treatment. Also contributes for social cause like organising ‘Rajput Samuhik Vivah Sammelans’ to avoid wasteful expenditure.
    
    
11. Running two Guest Houses/Vishramalayas – one newly constructed at top floor of Rajput Sabha Bhawan, Jaipur and another at Diggi (District Tonk) with all modern facilities / amenities for comfortable stay on moderate charges.
    
    
12. Working as Custodian & Caretaker of Rajput culture, heritage and monuments particularly for Rajasthan and also else-where in general. Jamaway Mata Padyatra is being conducted every year from Bhomiaji Ka Mandir-Dausa to Jamaway Mata Mandir (Jamawa Ramgarh) since last 13 years, under the leadership of Shri Giriraj Singhji Lotwara who is also President of Jamaway Mata Padyatra Samiti.
    
    
13. Providing assistance and cooperation to all other like-minded Rajput organisations for any common cause of the community at large.
    
    
14. `Playing a vital role in issues of social awareness like heritage, culture, reservation, etc.
